What group training formats do you offer in Randwick? +

Sessions cap at 16 maximum, and most run smaller. Specialty formats like Pre and Post Natal sit closer to 4 to 8. The caps exist so your coach can see every rep, correct your form in real time, and review the loads you log in our training app.
Do I need to be fit before joining? +
No. Every session is scaled and coached to your level. Loads, movements, and intensity all adjust so you can start wherever you are and build from there. Most members start their Collective membership nervous and leave their first session wishing they'd started sooner.

Our gym in Eastern Suburbs Sydney sits at 115 Avoca Street, Randwick. A short drive from Coogee, Clovelly, Bronte, Kensington, Kingsford and Maroubra, so most of our small group training members come from across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Yes. Many members combine small group sessions with personal training in Randwick. Your coaching team coordinates the personal training programming with your group sessions so everything works together, not against each other. Both are part of the same membership ecosystem.
